Andrea Lynn McNeil

Andrea Lynn McNeil, of Bay City, passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, February 26, 2015 at her residence, age 25. She was born on June 3, 1989 in Naples, Florida. Andrea was a graduate of Bay-Arenac Community High School and had been working as an in-home caregiver before her illness. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish. Andrea is survived by her three children, two sons, Alihondro and Evander and their father, Josh Rivas, and her daughter, Avyona McNeil; her father, Kevin McNeil and Marie Campbell of Essexville; her sister, Lisa McNeil of Bay City; two brothers, Kevin McNeil, II of Bay City and Jason McGee of Florida; her grandmother, Marie McNeil of Bay City; her aunts and uncles, Cindy and Steve Bohl of Hemlock and Phil and Patti McNeil of Midland; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Andrea was preceded in death by her mother, Minerva (McGee) McNeil; her grandfather, Bernard McNeil; and an uncle, Jeff McNeil. A Memorial Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Sr. Virginia Scally, SNDdeN.
