Blaine Richard "Dick" Dyer

Dyer, Blaine Richard "Dick" Bay City, Michigan Mr. Dyer passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Heartland Healthcare Center-Hampton. Age 75 years. The son of the late George William and Mary Aileen (Moore) Dyer was born July 2, 1938 in Hazel Park, Michigan. Dick enjoyed crafts, woodworking and being up north. Dick is survived by his wife the former Janis E. Bender; five sons, Jim (Lori) Dyer, Tim (Jill) Dyer, Scott (Colleen) Dyer, Sean (Renee) Dyer and Todd (Theresa) Dyer; twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; three brothers, John (Margit) Dyer, Robert Dyer and Tom (Kathy) Dyer; five sisters, Pat (Tom) McSween, Theresa (Fred) Gibas, Mary (Howard) Gourd, Kathy Irvine and Beth (Wayne) LaPratt; two sisters-in-law, Betty Reaume and Catherine Dyer and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Dick was preceded in death by one brother, Phil Dyer; three brothers-in-law, Paul Irvine, Robert Bender and Hugh Reaume; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alex Bender and Madeline Vantol and one grandson, Aaron Dyer. At the request of Mr. Dyer cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. and until the time of services. Memorial cards for the donors favorite charity will be available at the funeral home.
