Brenda passed away Friday, October 11, 2019 at Covenant Harrison, Saginaw at the age of 42 years. Brenda was born in Bay City on August 13, 1978 to Ernest and Tammy (Hadd) Dowd.
Brenda is survived by her mother Tammy (Cruz) Gutierrez; children, Joshua Cook and Cheyanne Fisher; grandchildren, Jasper and Scarlett Cook; brothers, David Dowd and Daniel Vaughn and sister, Angela Holmes
At the request of Brenda cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Arrangements by the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.
