Gary A. Evans

Evans, Gary A. Bay City, Michigan Mr. Evans passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Covenant Healthcare - Cooper in Saginaw. Age 62 years. The son of the late Albert and Virginia (Rase) Evans was born July 27, 1955 in Bay City, Michigan. Mr. Evans was a merchandiser for Aunt Millie's and enjoyed golf, bowling, MSU sports and loved watching his nieces and nephews play sports. Mr. Evans is survived by one brother, Albert (Sandy) Evans; one sister, Janice (Bob) Kennedy; his nieces and nephews, Brian (Nancy) Evans, Todd Evans, Don Kennedy, Melissa (Ron) Withers, Scott (Rachel) Kennedy and Sarah (Keri) Kennedy; great nieces and nephews, Jacob and Justin Evans, Oliver, Luke and Jasper Kennedy, Kayla Garza and Ronni Withers. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one niece, Mary Kennedy. At the request of Mr. Evans cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Stephanie King. Private Inurnment will take place at a later date at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers memorial cards for the wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
