Gloria Bernice Lambert "Mimi" Bay City, Michigan Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday evening, August 23, 2016 in Midland, Michigan at Mid-Michigan Medical Center. Age 90 years. The daughter of the late Joseph A. and Adeline (Dubey) Talbot was born on November 30, 1925 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. She was a former member of Our Lady of the Visitation Catholic Church and is a member of Corpus Christi Parish- Holy Trinity Church. Gloria enjoyed gardening, decorating and most of all she loved the time she spent with her family. On November 26, 1949 she married her husband of 66 years, Richard W. "Navy Dick" Lambert in Visitation Catholic Church and he is left to cherish her memories along with four children and their spouses; Kerry and Susan Lambert of Mt. Holly, NC, Debra Haguewood of Bay City, Kurt and Sue Lambert of Seymour, TN and Lee and Linda Lambert of Bay City, ten loving grandchildren; Joe Lambert, Mike Lambert, Lauren Parnofiello, Raechel Reeder, Sarah Miller, Nick lambert, Andrew Lambert, Steven Lambert, Whitney Lambert and Luke Lambert, five great grandchildren; one sister; Millie Collier of Pinconning, one brother-in-law; Robert Lambert of Mt. Holly, NC, one sister-in-law; Ginny Lambert of Detroit and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Joseph and Adeline, she was preceded in death by one sister; Lucille Oldinski and one brother; Virgil Talbot. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Monday, August 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Parish-Holy Trinity Church, 1000 S. Wenona Bay City, Michigan. Celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Emmett L. Marceau with private Rite of Committal at Floral Gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. to receive visitors on Saturday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (There will be no visitation on Sunday). The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Lambert will be taken to the church on Monday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to Corpus Christi Parish or the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission of Bay City.
