Jacob M. Haglund

Jacob Haglund 'Lil Jacob' sadly passed away at age 17, on the morning of February 15, at Hurley Medical Center. Jacob was born in Bay City, Michigan on June 10, 1997. Jacob is survived by his parents, Mother Deann Stanley and Father Michael Haglund both of Bay City. Also surviving is Jacobs only sibling, Megan Navarrette & (Bo). His Grandparents Dale and Carol Haglund of Bay City. Grandparents Kenneth and Loretta Stanley of Cheboygan. Also surviving are many Aunt's & Uncle's: Dalyn & Paul, Rick & Cindy, Denise & Mike, Dennis & Kathy, Gary & Betty, Billie Jo & Jimmy, Bobby, Renee, Pam, and Kim. Jacob also has many special cousins. Jacob also leaves behind his fiancée and best friend Lindsey Bernelis. Jacob attended Bay Arenac Community High School and participated in the HVAC Program at the Career Center. Jacob enjoyed being outdoors playing basketball, playing video games and listening to music. He enjoyed culinary and experimenting with different types of food. Jacob loved spending quality time with friends and family. Jacob is deeply loved and will be sadly missed. Jacob will live on in the hearts of his loved ones and never be forgotten, until our Heavenly Father reunites us again... Funeral Services will be held at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday February 25,2015 Visiting with family be will 9:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. followed by a service officiated by Rev. Fr. Steven Fillion of All Saints Parish. A special thank you is extended to Hurley Pediatric ICU staff for all the wonderful care Jacob received.
