Joseph R. Ralph

Joseph Robert Ralph, of Midland, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Mid-Michigan Medical Center, age 31. He was born March 25, 1981 in Midland. Joseph is survived by his parents, Robert Davenport of Bay City and Jane Ralph of Midland; his two children, Jazmine and Saniyah; two sisters, Rochelle Ralph and Eisha Costello; a brother, Grant Mackey; his grandparents, James (Mary Alice) Ralph and Annie Belle Davenport, all of Bay City; his aunt and uncles, Sue Ralph, Rebecca Stinson, Ray Ralph, Ruth Tuma, Charlene Davenport Smith, Rana Lall, Teho Davenport and Shawn Davenport; and many, many cousins and close friends, especially Stephanie Murray and Tracey Bridges. Joseph was preceded in death by a grandmother, Kitty Ralph; a grandfather, Robert William Davenport; and a daughter, Brooklynne. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson with interment following in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
