Katherine Faye Andress

Andress, Katherine (FAYE) Bay City, Michigan Faye passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Covenant Health Care-Cooper in Saginaw with her family by her side. The daughter of the late Earl and Katherine Andress was born March 12, 1949 in Bay City. Faye retired from D & J Foodland in Kawkawlin. Faye was a generous and kind women who always put others before herself. Faye was extremely close to her nephew; Matthew DeFord and her niece; Patty Dolan, a best friend and a real blessing to her niece; Patty (Tim) Dolan, and their five children whom Aunt Faye loved with all her heart.... Jade, Brady, Madison, Kyle, Krista, two great great niece and nephew; Brooklynn and Blake. Aunt Faye was an amazing aunt and godmother who gave unconditional love and support. Aunt Faye will forever be in our hearts... Left to cherish her memories are her sisters, Beverly (Ken) Kotewa and Nancy (Bill) Firmingham, her brothers, David (Kaye) Andress, Keith Andress, Larry Andress, Jerry Andress, Gary, Andress and Gene Andress, her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother; Earl Andress Jr. and her loving parents. At the request of Faye cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Monitor Township Hall(2483 E. Midland Rd., Bay City, MI 48706). Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson followed by sharing of memories of Faye and a luncheon. Memorial envelopes for wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home or at the memorial service.
