Linda S. LaVigne (Talbert)

Linda passed away Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Toni and Trish House at the age of 69 years. She was born in Bay City on May 1, 1951 to the late Vincent and Delia (Fortin) Talbert. On June 28, 1969 she married Timothy LaVigne and were married for 51 years. Linda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family and taking care of her grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed trips to the casino and watching the Hallmark Channel movies.
Linda is survived by her husband, Timothy; sons, David and Michael (Amanda) LaVigne; grandchildren, Brendan, Connor, Evan, Megan, Erica and Sadie Mae; former daughter-in-law, Danielle (Rahn) Singh; brother, Michael (Carol) Talbert; nieces, Beth Ann Talbert, Cynthia (Talbert) Worthy and Tammie (Schmidt) Yasin; great nephews, Stephen Kaminski and Justin Schmidt. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her step father, Fred King and sister, Patricia (Talbert) Schmidt.
At the request of Linda cremation has taken place and a Memorial Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Our Lady of Peace Parish - St. Mary's Church. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr. John Sarge. Friends may visit at the church on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Per the governor's order face masks must be worn and social distancing will be enforced at the church. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to make a memorial contribution to the Toni and Trish House.
