Margaret T. Marquardt

Margaret T. Marquardt Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Marquardt passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at The Carriage House of Bay City. Age 89 years. The daughter of the late Fleming and Mattie (Watson) Rutledge was born September 17, 1927 in Charlotte County, VA. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, was formerly employed at Samaritan Hospital and retired from Saginaw General Hospital as a LPN and was an active volunteer at the American Red Cross and Muscular Dystrophy Association. She is survived by one daughter; Judith Lesniak of Bay City. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband; Fred, one son; Steven, one grandson; Aaron Lesniak, her son-in-law; Thomas A. Hewitt, one sister; Edith "Bea" (John T.) Martin and four brothers; Floyd, William, Earl, and Frank Rutledge. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Joel Pankow with private interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will take place Tuesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 at the funeral.
