Marion Frieda Barringer

Mrs. Barringer passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at her residence. Age 93 years. The daughter of the late Louis Carl and Margaret (Reinhardt) Heppner was born April 12, 1924 in Bay City, Michigan. Mrs. Barringer enjoyed playing Bingo, camping, spending time in the U.P. but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Mrs. Barringer is survived by her four children, Walter "Skip" (Janine) Barringer, Allan (Betty) Barringer, Sandra (David) Neubecker and Terry (Linda) Barringer; twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Austin Barringer; five brothers and two sisters. Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be The Rev. Sharon L. Voelker with private interment in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
