Cygan, Mark Alan Essexville, Michigan Mark passed away Thursday morning, October 7, 2010 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Age 53 years. He was born on August 8, 1957 in Dearborn, Michigan. . Mark was known as the finest Flame Hardener north of Detroit and was an exceptional craftsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter. He will be missed by everyone he touched during his life. He is survived by his wife of twenty seven years the former Jackie Morse whom he married on June 25, 1983. Mark is also survived by one son; Kyle Cygan, his adopted son; Jimmy Tromba Jr. both of Essexville, one cherished granddaughter; Vivian Cygan of Bay City, his mother; Margaret Cygan of Pinconning, four brothers and three sisters-in-law; Bill (Penny) Cygan of Millington, Mike Cygan of Bay City, Gary (Jenny) Cygan of Sebewaing and Dave (Courtney) Cygan of Pinconning, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Wendy Morse of CA, Dan Morse of Bay City and Sue and Dave Townsend of Auburn, nieces and nephews; Amanda Kessro, Trevor Kessro, Sarah Cygan, Danielle Cygan, Alicia (Eric) Hollers and Emily and Brandt Cygan, many other nieces, nephews, cousins, three special friends; Todd Weiler, Waz and John "Horse Head" and many other friends. He was preceded in death by his father; Eugene Cygan, one brother; Baby Gene, mother-in-law and father-in-law; Patricia and John Morse, one brother-in-law; Jay Phelps and a close family friend; Shaun Vargo. A Memorial Service will take place Tuesday evening October 12, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Carl F. Trosien. At the request of the family cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.. In lieu of flowers memorial cards for the wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
