Mary Margaret Kelmar

Kelmar, Mary Margaret (Lyddy) Bay City, Michigan Mary passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at the age of 67 years. She was born August 5, 1946 in Bay City to the late Thomas and Margaret (Redmond) Lyddy. Mary will be greatly missed by her family and many friends for her huge heart, generosity and compassion for all. She loved her family dearly and made many sacrifices for her children. Mary loved playing bingo and enjoyed her trips to the casino. Mary is survived by three daughters; Karee (Kirk) Roupe, Mallory Kelmar and her boyfriend; David Burns and Michelle Kelmar and her fiancée Brandon Engel, her only granddaughter; Michaelena Roupe, one brother; James (Jessie) Lyddy, two sisters; Colleen Lyddy and Anne Hawkins, one sister-in-law; Shaaron Lyddy along with several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband; Daniel, her only son; William and one brother; Patrick Lyddy. Rest in peace our dear, dear mother, grandmother, sister and aunt you will greatly missed. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Grace Hospice especially her nurse, Kari, social worker, Christine and Sheena for all their loving care, kindness and help. Also A & D Home Care, Tina, Donna and all the wonderful aids that assisted with Mary. God Bless you all. A Prayer - Vigil Service will take place Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.. Officiating will be Mr. James Macomber of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church with private inurnment in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Sunday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial for the wishes of the family.
