When that magic time of Autumn is here, or when you step off that next pier, keep me in your thoughts. I'm the next whisper you'll hear in the wind. You know I'll be with you on land or sea. For the Lord has taken my soul, but my spirit will remain with thee. Set your hook quickly when you feel that next strike because it's me and I'll give you a fight. Fear not for me now, I'm safe and warm here. Forever I will keep all our memories dear. We blessed one another year after year, but you'll know my spirit is still here. The chain of life is broken and nothing will be the same, but God will call us one by one, and the chain will link again." Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John's Amelith Lutheran Church or to a charity of your choice. Funeral services are handled by the Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City and the Gephart Funeral Home of Bay City.
