Paul A. Sabo

Sabo, Paul A. Bay City, Michigan Paul passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening June 25, 2011 at his residence. Age 54 years. He was born July 16, 1956 in Elgin, Illinois. Paul worked as a car salesman. He was a pilot, a member of the Civil Air patrol and enjoyed cooking, building model cars and air planes. He is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law; Stacie and Jeff Quast, Sara and Josh Strand ,Stephanie Sabo and Kyle Overholt, his mother; Cecilia Romzick, three grandchildren; Logan and Cameron Overholt and Eliza Quast, one sister; Dianne Gilbert, one brother; David Sabo, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his fathers; Ronald Sabo and Dr. James Romzick D.D.S. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Thursday June, 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Robert J. Meissner with the Rite of Committal following in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Paul will be taken to the church on Thursday to lie in state from 9:00 a.m. until the time of mass. A Vigil for the Deceased will take place Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to wishes of the family would be greatly appreciated.
