Ryan Peter Jezak

Jezak, Ryan Peter Essexville, Michigan Ryan passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 30, 2011 at residence. Age 35 years. He was born July 16, 1975 in Bay City. He was a Registered Nurse. He enjoyed spending time with his children which were the loves of his life, enjoyed fishing and hunting. He is survived by his fiancée: Barbara Bouchard of Essexville; his children, Maiah Jezak of Midland and Aiden Jezak of Essexville; his parents, William and Sharon Jezak of Pinconning; his brothers, Thomas (Mari) Jezak of Cadillac and Scott Alan (Shawn) Jezak of Lansing; his grandmother, Violet Forgash, his nieces and nephews, Jesse, Jilleisa, Julia, Scotty, Lacy, Megan, and Matthew, his step daughter, Desiree; several aunts and uncles; his best friends, Matt Mascal, Jim McCrandall and Lawrence Molina and his dog, Jack. At Ryan's request cremations has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 4, 2011 at Floral Gardens Cemetery Chapel. Officiating will be Rev.
