Sharon Kay Douglas

Sharon passed away early Saturday morning, October 23, 2010 at Brian's House. Age 69 years. The daughter of the late Harry and Minerva (Krumroy) Dummer was born July 1, 1941 in Manistee, MI. She was a member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church. Sharon enjoyed sewing, going to the casino and playing bingo. She is survived by two sons; David Douglas and Kevin Douglas both of Bay City, her loving grandchildren; Landon Senk and Lindsey Senk, her loving great grandchildren; Brooklyn Taylor Senk, Kavarion Purifoy and Camyla Purifoy all of Bay City , two sisters; Faye (Tom) Jacobs of Bay City and Mavis (Bob) Bercaw of MN. , one brother: James (Judy) Dummer of Grand Blanc, one aunt; Vanessa Dummer of Manistee. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband; Robert James Douglas and her daughter; Beth Senk. Funeral and Committal Service will take place Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Paul E. Schaewe with cremation following. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu for flowers Memorial Cards for St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, Abused Children and Brian's House will be available at the funeral home.
