Timothy Allen Schwartz

Schwartz, Timothy Allen "Tim" Bay City, Michigan Tim passed away unexpectedly early Wednesday morning July 9, 2014 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 55 years. He was born on September 13, 1958 in Bay City and has resided here all of his life. Tim was a member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, he was employed at Michigan Sugar Co. and graduated from John Glenn High School in 1976. In his free time he enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, auto racing and most of all spending time with his best friend, his dog Chloe. He is survived by his parents; Ronald "Ron" and Catherine "Cathy" (Briggs) Schwartz of Bay City, two brothers and one sister; Larry and Becky Schwartz of Bay City, Lorie and Clark Rux of Zilwaukee and Joseph and Samantha Schwartz of Traverse City,his nieces and nephews; Christopher, Justin and Amanda, Brandon, Alyssa, Lance Corporal Jesse, Lindsay, Sarah Schwartz, Hannah Rux and Amanda Helm. Tim was preceded in death by his wife Christie Schwartz on September 16, 2013. A Memorial Service will take place Saturday, July 12, 2014 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church 706 W. Jane St. Bay City, Michigan 48706. Officiating will be Rev. Paul E. Schaewe. At Tim's request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation at the Gephart Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Family will be present at the church on Saturday to receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of service. Memorial cards for St. John's Ev.
