Tosha Lynn O'Neil

Tosha passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at her residence at the age of 29 years. Tosha was born in Bay City to Craig Westenburg and Tammy Cruz. She married David James O'Neil on December 9, 2015 in South Dakota. She loved her husband and son dearly, David was her rock. Tosha enjoyed traveling, waterfalls, walking thru the mountains, art, ceramics, canoeing, animals especially her dog, Mikko and the outdoors.

Tosha is survived by her husband, David; son, Kyle Lincoln O'Neil; father, Craig(Lora) Westenberg; mother, Tammy Cruz; step-father, Don Morrison; sister, Alissa Westenburg; mother-in-law, Carol (James) O'Neil; sister-in-law, Misty (Marc) Rosencrants; grandfather, Willie Cruz; aunts, Jackie (Jeff) Johnson and Sirena (Kyle) Eyre; uncle, Joe Cruz; grandfather and grandmother, Dick (Linda) Westenburg; great-grandmother, Jean Westenburg; Rick and Gail Westenburg, Wendy Westenburg, Lisa and Jesse Trombley; step-brother, Devin Geese; stepsister Kelcie Geese; and many cousins, nieces and nephews and her special friend, Marcie Mae Huggard. Tosha was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nancy Cruz.

Funeral and committal services will take place at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 12:00 noon. Officiating will be David Johnson. Friends may visit with the family at the Gephart Funeral Home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
