Alice M. Gillard

Mrs. Gillard passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the Bay County Medical Care Facility. Age 71 years. The daughter of the late Alexander and Ilene (Timmons) White was born December 14, 1947 in Bay City, Michigan. Mrs. Gillard retired from Meijer after 18 years of service, she enjoyed her stitches club, crafts, bowling, playing cards, baking and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Gillard is survived by her children, Laura (Russ) Paquin, Don Gillard Jr, Darrin Gillard and Lisa (Richard) Meyer; five grandchildren, Derek Paquin, Alyssa Paquin, Alexis (Ryan) Doemer, Logan Gillard and Donavin Spence; three great grandchildren, Taylor and Rilye Doemer and Isaac Rypkowski; one brother, Richard White; sister-in-law, Sharlene White; aunt, Lorriane Fournier; lifelong friend, Ashley Maida and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Gillard; mother, Evelyn White and her brother, Roger White.

At the request of Mrs. Gillard cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Dale A. Orlik. Private inurnment will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial cards for Retinitis Pigmentosa Disease will be available at the funeral home.
