Amy Jo Couture

Amy Jo passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side at the age of 53 years. Amy was born on December 1, 1964 in Bay City to John and Kathleen "Kitty" (Carmichael) Rynalski. She was a lifelong member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church where she was very active. Amy worked as a nurse practitioner for McLaren Bay Region and taught nursing at Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University. In her spare time she enjoyed politics and reading.
Amy is survived by her husband, Mike; children, Kylie (Justin) Hacker, Chase and Austin Couture; step son, Grant (Renee) Couture; grandson, Dawson Hacker; step grandchildren, Jaydon, Jaron, Jace and Jada; mother, Kitty Rynalski; sister, Rebecca (Dan) Emmenecker; nephew, Tyler Houghtaling; best friend, Joann and her daughter and granddaughter Jennifer and Evelyn. Amy was preceded in death by her father, John Rynalski.
Per Amy's wishes cremation has taken place, a memorial service will take place at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at St. Alban's Episcopal Church. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
