Andrea D. Stewart

Andrea passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019 at her residence at the age of 71 years. She was born in Bay City on March 31, 1948 to the late Emil and Eileen (Dumas) Sutter. On February 18, 1967 she married Robert Stewart in Bay City and were married for 52 years. Andrea was a member of Visitation Catholic Church until its closing and worked and retired from Bay County Water and Sewer as the head accountant. She loved her grandchildren, taking pictures, reading, crossword puzzles and Facebook.
Andrea is survived by her husband, Robert; sons, Robert and Jason (Lisa); grandchildren, Marlee, Braxton and Mason; brothers and sisters, Paula (Allan) Dupont, Mark (Evelyn) Sutter, Gregory (Janet) Sutter, Roberta Sutter and Gretchen (Rudy) Velasquez; brother-in-law, Rod Chevalier; sisters-in-law, Vicki Sutter and Sue Wetters and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Michael Sutter and sister, Kristin Chevalier.
At the request of Andrea, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Dale A. Orlik. Friends may visit with the family at the Gephart Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
