Ann Matejcak

Ann Matejcak, 101, of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Bay City, MI, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2014. She was born in Saginaw, MI on April 2, 1913. Ann lived in Charlotte, NC with her daughter for over 5 years. She lived a long and happy life and attributed her longevity to square dancing with her husband for 55 years. Dancing with Joe made her life a delight. Ann is preceded in death by her most loving husband of 70 years, Joseph M. Matejcak and her great-grandson, Justin Kwaiser. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Dorothy Randol; grandsons, Gregg Larkin and Douglas Larkin; granddaughter, Konnie Krueger; great-grandchildren; Garrett Kwaiser, Kelsee (Tom) Eckhout, Lindsey Larkin and Michael Larkin. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Thomas E. Sutton.
