Anna E. Cloutman, of Bay City, passed away early Tuesday morning February 8, 2011 at The Colonnades of Bay City, age 98. The daughter of the late August D. & Frieda (Matlin) Rauscher, she was born September 1, 1912 in Corona, New York. Anna was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Bay City. She was a dedicated and devoted mother, especially to Carol Ann, whom she loved very much. Anna was an excellent cook and was well known for her good old-fashioned German cooking and baking. Mrs. Cloutman is survived by her two daughters, Carol Ann Cloutman of Bay City and Priscilla Baumann of Saginaw; grandchildren, Matthew D. Baumann of Los Angeles, CA and Susan M. (Mike) Becker of Caro. Besides her parents, Anna was also preceded in death by her husband, Hurley E. Cloutman in 1979; and her sister, Florence L. Ross. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00am on Friday February 11, 2011 at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 1501 N. Center Rd., Saginaw. Officiating will be Rev. Marlene Clark.
