Mrs. Helmreich passed away early Friday morning, November 6, 2015 at Mc Laren Bay Region. Age 73. The daughter of the late Earl and Marie (La Moria) Cook August 12, 1942 in Bay City. Mrs. Helmreich retired from Graphic Metals. She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish- Holy Trinity Church. She had made many friends at Bay City Dialysis Center thover the years. Mrs. Helmreich enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and enjoyed country music and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law; Annette and Kenneth Steinert; her grandchildren, Samantha, Cecelia and K.C. Steinert and Justina Coyle; seven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Edwin J. Helmreich, her sisters, Rose Mary Schultz and Mary Ann Hecht, her mother- in- law; Selma Helmreich. The Funeral Liturgy and Rite of Committal will take place Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Corpus Christi Parish-Holy Trinity Church at 11:00 a.m. The celebrant will be Rev. Robert S. Gohm with private interment in St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery of Frankenlust. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday to receive family and friends from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Helmreich will be taken to the church on Tuesday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
