Mr. Archie Thorne passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 at his residence. Archie was born April 6, 1961 in Bay City, Michigan and was 56 yers of age. Archie was a great story teller with an excellent sense of humor. He could make anyone laugh. He worked as a builder for many years and was a motorcycle enthusiast.
Mr. Thorne is survived by his wife, the former Sandra Louette "Lou" Sutton; mother, Sally Tarbox; one brother, Paul Thorne; four sisters, Sally Batzer, Joyce Thorne and her husband Shawn Ciezki, Karen (David) Gauld and Lynn Robertson. Archie was preceded in death by his father, Paul Thorne.
A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Charles Campbell. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the wishes of the family.
