Arthur Kesemeyer

Mr. Arthur Kesemeyer of Bay City passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the age of 85. The son of the late Arthur and Anna Kesemeyer he was born on March 1, 1931. Art was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Arthur is survived by his children Carol Paradise of Charlotte, NC, Kathy Sullivan (Drew) of Springfield, VA, Kelly Strobell (Dick) of Jacksonville, FL, Jeff Kesemeyer of Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren Kyle  and  Corey (Allyson)  and two great grandchildren (Mason & Jamie); three sisters Arlene (Casey) Henderson (Robert), Viola Skrzpczak (Victor), Ardyth Biskupski (Eugene). Besides his parents, Art was also preceded in death by two sisters, Matilda Kolb (Warren) and Dorothy Loessel (Irvin).
Funeral and Committal Services will take place Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 510 W. Ivy St., Bay City. Officiating will be Rev Paul Kruse. The family will receive friends at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc., 201 W. Midland St., Bay City on Tuesday, November 1st from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Mr. Kesemeyer will be taken to the church on Wednesday to lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
