Barbara Lee Edsall

Barbara passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 69 years. She was born in Bay City, Michigan on June 10, 1951 to the late Wilbur and Elizabeth (Young) Hinkley. Barbara enjoyed bowling, gardening, having a house full of flowers, cooking and loved spending time with her family.

Barbara is survived by her two daughters, Tracey Meylan and Ashley (Eric) Washburn; four grandchildren, Shawna, Ryan (Sandra), Madison and Emma; two great grandchildren, Hunter and Peighton; brothers and sisters, Julie Wonch, Mike (Loretta) Hinkley, Joyce (Dave) Schwab and Mickey Hinkley; special friend, Josh Greene; all of her friends at the Country House and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents Barbara is preceded in death by the father of her children, Gary Edsall; and the love of her life, Dennis "Papa" Greene.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of the Fantastic nurses at the NICU at McLaren Bay Region for the outstanding care they provided.

Visitation for Barbara will take place Monday, December 7, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home. At this current time we are allowed 25 people in the chapel at one time and we are requiring social distancing and face coverings. You may experience a short wait while paying your respects to the family. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider donations to the American Legion Post # 18 or Toys for Tots.
