Mc Peak, Barbara A. Kawkawlin, Michigan Mrs. Mc Peak passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Bay Shores Nursing Home. Age 69 years. She was born November 15, 1941 in Almer Township, Michigan. She was a member of Kawkawlin Community Church. Mrs. Mc Peak enjoyed doing crafts, playing bingo and crocheting. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; Charles James and Carolyn Mc Peak , her grandchildren; David (Vicki) Mc Peak and Christina Mc Peak, her great grandchildren; Cadence and Charlotte Mc Peak, two brothers and two sisters-in-law Ray and Karen Morse and Frank and Bobsey Morse, one sister; Nancy Schultz, her brother-in-law and sister-in-law; George and Gail Mc Peak, her god daughter; Judi Schultz, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband; Charles J. Mc Peak whom passed away October 17, 2009, her father; Frank Morse, her mother; Elizabeth (Lenhart) Jones and her step-father; Frank Jones. The family would like to extend a special Thank you to the staff of Bay Shores Nursing Home for the kind and compassionate care given to our loved one during her time of need. Funeral Services will take place Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Kawkawlin Community Church. Officiating will be Rev. David L.Dunn with private inurnment in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mrs. Mc Peak will be taken to the church on Wednesday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
