McEown, Barbara Sharon Bay City, Michigan Barbara Sharon McEown passed away at McLaren Bay Region Tuesday, August 23, 2016. Age 68 years. The daughter of Everett and Jewell (Rose) Williams was born in Newberry, MI on November 29, 1947. Barbara was known for her kind, loving and generous heart. Left behind to cherish her memories are her children, Michael (Shelly) McEown and Corinne (Cristian) Teusch; her grandchildren; Shannon, Megan, Heather, Katelyn and Nicholas; ten great grandchildren and we will be welcoming a new arrival, a brother, W. Joseph Williams; sister, Linda Hearit. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; son, Aaron L. McEown; sister, Shelby Woods; brother, Douglas E. Williams. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Officiating will Rev. Joseph Atchinson with interment in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy may consider donations to St. Jude's Research Hospital or Donor's Favorite Charity.
