Beverly J. (Bowen) Feinauer

Mrs. Feinauer passed away Monday evening, February 22, 2016 at Covenant Health Care-Harrison. Age 79 years. The daughter of the late Francis and Mildred (Jacobs) Bowen was born January 16, 1937 in Bay City, Michigan. She was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church. Mrs. Feinauer retired after 28 years of service from Bay City Public Schools as a bus driver. She enjoyed doing water aerobics at Delta College, knitting and crocheting and made many things for Relay for Life, was an excellent cook and baker and also enjoyed trips to the casino. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of fifty four years Jerome O. Feinauer whom she married January 20, 1962; her children, Michael (Judy) Feinauer; Dennis (Nancy) Feinauer; Terri (her fiancee, Larry DeSloover) Feinauer; Todd (Susan) Feinauer; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; her sisters and brothers, Marilyn (Charles) Rosebush; Kenneth (Olive) Bowen; Edward (Marsha) Bowen; Jane (Steve) Pawlak; Thomas Bowen; Madonna (Robert) Lang; Susan (John) Shetler and Paul Bowen; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two brothers; Francis Bowen and Peter Bowen; her mother-in-law and father-in-law; Oscar and Adeline Feinauer;one brother-in-law, Richard Feinauer. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Monday, February 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Daniel C. Meckes and Rev. Matthew Hall. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Sunday to receive family and friends from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Feinauer will lie in state at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
