Beverly J. McFarland

Mrs. McFarland passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019 at McLaren-Flint. Age 81 years. The daughter of the late Leslie and Iva (Dobson) Arnott Sr. was born May 30, 1938 in Grindstone City, Michigan. Mrs. McFarland was an avid bowler, enjoyed playing shuffleboard, participating in the Senior Olympics and attending Little League games.

Mrs. McFarland is survived by her daughter, Vicki (Neal) O'Brien; one son, Rick McFarland; nine grandchildren, Megan and Evan O'Brien, Michael, Misti, Teara, Charlotte, Kyrie, Catherine and Karlie McFarland; eight great grandchildren; special niece, Debbie McKinnon; one sister, Cindy (Rick) Bergquist and her sister-in-law, Dorothy McFarland. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl McFarland; great grandson, Oliver O'Brien; three brothers, Leslie Arnott Jr., Richard Arnott and Andrew Crickon and one sister, Karen Donovan.

Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Pastor Steve Schilke with private interment in Marquardt Cemetery in Port Hope, MI. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial cards for the American Cancer Society will be available at the funeral home.
