Catherine J. Pembroke

Pembroke, Catherine J. Pinconning, Michigan Formerly of Bay City, Michigan Catherine J. Pembroke (Ralph), age 80 years, born June 12, 1931 passed away peacefully Monday evening April 9, 2012 surrounded by her family. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Catherine fought a very courageous battle against cancer over many years. She is survived by her children John D.Jr.(Julee) Pembroke, James L.(Jenny) Pembroke, David T. Pembroke, Kathryn (Dave) Wickstrom, Paula M. Pembroke-Yancho (John). Her grandchildren Kim, Elle, Nate, Dave, Gwen, Chad, Amanda, Dayna, Brian, Kevin, Maegan, her brothers George, David, and James (Deb) Ralph, her brother-in-law Thomas O. Pembroke, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Catherine was predeceased by her husband John D. Pembroke, her daughter Debra S. LaFrenier, and her parents James & Flora Ralph. Funeral and Committal services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 12:00 O'Clock Noon and until the time of service. Memorial cards for the American Cancer Society or Americans Hospice Care will be available at the funeral home.
