Cecelia M. "Cecie" Bryant

Cecie passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning August 30, 2017 at the age of 78 years. She was born on September 23, 1938 to the late Willard and Celia (Pruitt) Evans. She married Norris Bryant on September 21, 1955 and he preceded her in death on December 30, 2008. Cecie's greatest love was spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing Bingo in her spare time. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Cindy (Larry) Swiercz; daughter-in-law, Lori Bryant; grandchildren, Rachelle, Christie, Michelle Bryant and Austin Swiercz; brother-in-law, Arnold Kruzell, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was also preceded in death by her son, Michael Bryant; grandson, Logan Swiercz and four sisters, Emma Jane, Ruth, Lillian and Marian. Funeral and committal services will be held at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Joseph Atchinson officiating. Private interment will take place in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Those planning an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers may wish to consider a memorial to the wishes of the family.
