Chandler Richard Slack

Chandler Richard Slack, of Bay City, peacefully passed away on Wednesday September 5, 2012 at his residence, with his family by his side, at the age of 1. He was born September 2, 2011 in Bay City. Chandler is survived by his parents, James Slack & Anastashia Dean; his two brothers, Kaeden and Carson; his grandparents, Karri & Chuck Harris, Rose Dean, John Wellner, Ronald Rogel and George Gelpke; and his aunts and uncles, Tommy Harris, Richard Slack, Miranda Wellner, Sabrina Slack and Brittany Doud. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday September 9, 2012 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Daniel Botsford.
