Clyde passed away Friday, March 4, 2011 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Age 70 years. He was born January 19, 1941 in Bay City. Clyde was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and was a former Sunday School Teacher. He was a realtor for fifty two years during which he enjoyed working with many repeat customers. He assisted many third generation customers in their home buying. He was currently working at Top Producers Inc. as an Associate Broker. Clyde received the 2010 Realtors Merit Award from the Bay County Board of Realtors of which he was a member. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #1541 in Midland. Clyde attended Michigan State University and he was a long time fan of Michigan State sports.He also attended the University of Wisconsin. Clyde enjoyed golfing, playing pool, playing poker and hunting and especially enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife the former Mary Ann Mackey who he married February 10, 1973. Also surviving are his mother; Molly Reinhardt of Bay City, his children and their spouses; Penny Erickson of Tucson, AZ., Rich and Wendy Reinhardt of Auburn, their mother; Margie Reinhardt of Bay City and Brian and Kimberly Reinhardt of Auburn, his grandchildren; Garth, Leah, Jacob, Emily, Joshua, Elizabeth, Isaac and Clarissa, his sister and brother-in-law; Doris and Bill Hunt, his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his father; Martin Reinhardt, one son; Bill Reinhardt, his brother and sister-in-law; Daniel and Gloria Reinhardt. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church(510 W. Ivy St. Bay City, MI 48706). Officiating will be Rev. William H. Allwardt with private interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. Clyde will be taken to the church to lie in state from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services. In Lieu of Flowers those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Zion Lutheran Church or Wishes of the Family.
