David M. Kernstock

Kernstock, David M.Bay City, MichiganDavid passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 11, 2010 at his residence. Age 52 years. He was born March 4, 1957 in Bay City. David was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust. He was employed at Scientific Brake and Equipment Company as a welder and mechanic. David was an avid bowler, bowled in many tournaments, enjoyed golfing, fishing, a member of the National Rifle Association and has received many mechanical awards for his line of work.He is survived by his mother June Kernstock of Bay City, one brother, Roger Kernstock of Bay City, one sister, Patricia Kernstock of Shelby Township, MI, his long time friend, Tim Born, his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Emil Kernstock.Funeral and Committal Services will take place Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Paul D. Theiss with cremation following. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 o'clock until the time of services. Memorial Envelopes for St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust will be available at the funeral home.
