David Alan Kozuch

Kozuch, David Alan Bay City, Michigan David Alan Kozuch was born September 7, 1955. He passed away on March 31, 2017 at his residence. David served in the U.S. Army and was retired from St. Hedwig Parish in Bay City. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan (Gentle) Kozuch; father, Isidore Kozuch and his brother, Daniel Kozuch. He is survived by Lynne Connelly; daughter, Cassie Kozuch of El Paso, Texas; grandchildren, Serenity, Calista and Gianni. David also leaves behind two sisters and their husbands; Carol and William (Butch) Reed and Jeanne (William) Allsopp; two brothers and their wives, William (Fritzi Stevenson) Kozuch and Richard (Heather) Kozuch; several nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. At the request of David cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Private inurnment will take place at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the wishes of the family.
