David Floyd Sharp

Sharp, David Floyd Bay City, Michigan David passed away early Monday morning November 8, 2010 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Age 48 years. He was born August 26, 1962 in Bay City. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, he graduated from Bay City Western High School and Concordia Lutheran College in Ann Arbor. David was a former school teacher at Zion Lutheran School in Hemlock, he enjoyed music, movies and reading. He is survived by his mother; Carol Sharp of Essexville, one brother and sister-in-law; Ronald and Karen Sharp of Auburn, his aunts and uncles; Bonnie and LeRoy Engelhardt, Evelyn Weiss, Ruth Johnston and Ronald Trezona and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; George F. Sharp. A Memorial Service will take place Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. LeRoy R. Westphal. At the request of the family cremation has taken place. The family will be present at the funeral home on Thursday to receive family and friends from 9:30 a.m. and until the time of service. Memorial cards for Immanuel Lutheran Church will be available at the funeral home.
