Deanna M. Prieur

Deanna passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at her residence with her family by her side at the age of 56 years. Deanna was born on December 11, 1962 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Enrico and Glenda (Aikey) Lanza. She graduated from Chi Chester High School and Pennsylvania College of Technology. Deanna married Karey Prieur on September 16, 2005 and were married for 14 years. She worked for the Bay County and the Department of Aging. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, flowers, being outside, spending time with her grandchildren, helping people and community service.
Deanna is survived by her husband, Karey; children, Tiffany A. Lanza, Christy L. Warren and Trent L. Nagy; grandchildren, Shano E. Gomes, Shayne M. Cardenas, Anthony J. Cardenas, Joshua A. Miller and Alexia M. Lanza; brothers and sisters, Diletta (Joe) Szurgyjlo, Caterina Lanza, Teresa Dyer and Enrico F. Lanza Jr. and many nieces and nephews. Deanna was preceded in death by her granddaughter, AnnMaria Lee Warren.
Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Dr. Daniel R. Hester with burial and committal following in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the Gephart Funeral Home on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
