Deborah J. Schatzer

SCHATZER, Deborah Jean of Bay City, Michigan. Age 59 years, went to be with her lord August 15, 2010 at Brian's House following a lingering illness surrounded by her family and friends. She was born October 23, 1950 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Eugene & Marion McCann. Deborah was a member of Bay Valley Christian Church. She is Survived by her children, Scott Schatzer of Bay City, Pam (Pat) Savage of Bay City, and Earl (Jodi) Schatzer of Linwood. She has 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and many dear friends who will miss her sense of humor and caring for others. Besides her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her sister, Pam Mervyn, her brother, Eugene McCann, and one grandchild, Michael Thomas Jacobs. A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 2pm at Bay Valley Christian Church. Friends will be received at 1pm. A luncheon will be held immediately after the service at the Bay City Moose Lodge.
