Debrah went home to be with her Lord Jesus on Monday, October 16, 2023 at the Toni and Trish house at the age of 72. The daughter of the late Harold and Catherine (Tvardos) Spencer was born October 13, 1951 in Saginaw, Michigan. Debrah was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and enjoyed scuba diving, camping, fishing and gardening, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Debrah is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jack Anderson, whom she married on February 28, 1972 in Honolulu, Hawaii where Jack was serving in the U.S. Navy and they honeymooned on Uncle Sam’s dime for three years; one daughter, Elizabeth (Ryan) Mussell of Gillette, Wyoming; one son, Benjamin (Arielle) Anderson of Brimfield, Ohio; three grandchildren, Jack, Sloan and Riley Mussell; two sisters, Kay LaDouce and Pam Spencer; one brother, Greg Spencer and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Harold Spencer and Gerald Spencer.
The family would also like to extend a special thank you to McLaren Hospice especially nurse Ashley, the staff at the Toni and Trish House for the compassion and care that they provided, and special friend Karen.
Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Faith Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Pastor Steven Thiel with private interment following in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home and on Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial cards for Faith Lutheran Church or Toni and Trish House will be available at the funeral home.
