Hogan, Delia (Dee) Bay City, Michigan Delia went to be with the Lord she loved on Saturday, June 18, 2016 Born in Kawkawlin, MI on December 7, 1918 to William and Lydia Stevig. Married to Alfred Rickle in 1939, he passed away in 1944. Married Edward W. Hogan in 1960 moved to Alpena, MI in 1960 and came back to Bay City, MI in 1991. Edward passed away in 2005. Delia was a member of First Baptist Church in Essexville, MI. She worked for many years at Tanner and Daily Wholesale Grocer. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Donna Rickle of Cape Canaveral, FL., two granddaughters, Teri Ismail of Tallahassee, FL, Karen Walton of Owosso, MI, two great granddaughters, two great grandsons, three great great granddaughters nieces and nephews, special friend, Monica Girou. She was predeceased by her parents, sisters, Gladys Sylvester, Isabelle Ancel, Pearl LeVasseur and three brothers-in-law. Delia will lie in state at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Funeral and Committal Services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Randall Bright with private burial following in Floral Gardens Cemetery. www.gephartfuneralhome.com
