Dennis Mark Mackiewicz

Mackiewicz, Dennis Mark Kawkawlin, Michigan Mr. Mackiewicz passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013 at his residence. Age 56 years. Mr. Mackiewicz was born November 19, 1956 in Saginaw, Michigan; he was a proud member of the Laborers Local Union 1098 and enjoyed kayaking, camping, golfing, going to the Wheatland Music Festival and helping out family and friends. Mr. Mackiewicz is survived by one daughter Erica (Keith) Partlow; one son, Dennis A. Mackiewicz; grandchildren, Conor and Chloe Partlow; brothers, David, Paul (Sharon) and Mike (Carolyn) Mackiewicz; sisters, Sarah (Gary) Stroik and Kate Mackz; his mother, Leona Mackiewicz; significant other, Mary Fahnanstiel and his best friend, Kelly Kaiser. Mr. Mackiewicz was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Mackiewicz; sister, Bernadette Lewis and his brother, Wallace Mackiewicz. At the request of Mr. Mackiewicz cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 12:00 O'Clock noon on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. John Mancini, OSFS. Friends may call the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. and until the time of services. Memorial cards for wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
