Diane Lyn McKinstry

Diane passed away peacefully, Friday, January 29, 2016 at Covenant Health Care- Cooper with her family by her side. Age 64 years. She was born November 27, 1951 in Bay City, MI. Diane was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and it's Altar Guild. She enjoyed doing crafts, sewing, was very active with the Relay for Life, enjoyed her flower gardens and butterfly gardens and helping others in need. Left behind to cherish her memories are her husband; Harold K. McKinstry whom she married August 28, 2004, her father; Carl W. Frenzke, two daughters; Kendra Delaney and Jessica Delaney, two stepsons; David McKinstry and Mark McKinstry, two beloved grandchildren; Christopher Delaney and Terry Pringle, her brother and sister-in-law; Charles and Vickie Frenzke, two nieces; Angela Lund and Jillian Frenzke, her beloved pet dogs; Maggie and Sadie. She was preceded in death by her mother; Phyllis Frenzke, her first husband; Terry Delaney. Funeral Services will take place Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church (300 N. Sheridan St. Bay City, MI 48708). Officiating will be Rev. Kevin C. Jones with interment following at Floral Gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday to receive family and friend from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Diane will be taken to the church on Tuesday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
