Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister passed away peacefully on Friday April 7, 2017 at Smith Street Assisted Living at the age of 81 years. The daughter of the late Francis E. and Garnetta C. (Madigan) Campbell was born September 30, 1935 in Bay City, MI. Dolores was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish-St. Mary's Church and a former member of Visitation Catholic Church. She retired after many years of service from Bay Medical Center as an executive secretary. Dolores had a great love for her family, enjoyed living on the water and watching the birds, enjoyed her flowers, taking long walks and competed in several 5k walks over the years. Left behind to cherish her memories is one daughter and son-in-law, Roseanne and John Matthews; four sons and four daughters-in-law, Keith and Tammy Beson, Stephen and Michelle Beson, Gary and Toni Beson, Ron and Sue Beson; twenty four grandchildren, Jeremy (Mandy), Jeanna (Jeremy), Jessica (Chris), Jodi (Kent), Benjamin (Paige), Britney, Amanda, Crystal (Nate), Damon, Tiffany (Jason), Bethany (DeAnthony), Keith II (Marcie), Emily Rose (Adam), Stephen Jr. (Lindsi), Janel (Tim), Jared (Jenna), Jaymes, Callie Sue (Spencer), Justeen (Chris), Jason (Jennifer), Jeffrey, Gennifer, Kara (Tyler) and Kelsey (Peter), forty three great grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Marlene and Richard Biskner; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Deborah Campbell; her very close cousin, Thelma Luczak; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifford T. Beson whom she married November 13, 1954 and he passed away on February 20, 2002; one brother, Thomas Campbell. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Peace Parish-St. Mary's Church. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Patrick Jankowiak with the Rite of Committal following in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Sunday to receive family and friends from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Dolores will be taken to the church on Monday to lie instate from 9:00 a.m. until the time of mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider donations to the Alzheimer's Association or Wishes of the Family.
