Dolores A. Kleinert

Kleinert, Dolores Ann (Soufflet) Grayling, Michigan (formerly of Bay City) Dolores (Dee) Kleinert, age 72 years, passed away Tuesday morning, August 6 at The Brook of Grayling due to complications of Alzheimer's disease. Dee was born May 27, 1941 in Bay City and resided there most of her life. She was a member of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. Dee married Kenneth Kleinert on January 30th, 1960. Surviving are her children, Keith (Mary) Kleinert of Roscommon and Kathryn (Steve) Kleinert-Lakso of Sanford; grandchildren, Michael, Kellie (Jerry), Alan (Jessica), Alex, Amy, Karrie, great grandson Kevin, and a sister, Beatrice Siqueiros of Fallon, NV. Dee was predeceased by her husband Kenneth and sons Kevin and Kenneth Jr. The family would like to extend a special thank you to The Brookdale of Midland, The Brook of Grayling, and Hospice Advantage of West Branch for Dee's care throughout the years. In addition, the family thanks the steadfast support of Tom (Mary) Kleinert, and Marlene O'Hare. Friends may visit at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. 201 W. Midland Street, Bay City on Friday, August 9, 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a Parish Wake Service taking place that evening at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Saturday, August 10 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, Bay City. Rev. Fr. James R. Carlson and Sr. Virginia Scally SNDdeN will officiate over the Funeral Rites with the Rite of Committal following in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Memorial envelopes for the Alzheimer's Association and Hospice Advantage will be available at the funeral home, or donations in Dee's memory would also be encouraged at the Alzheimer's Association's web site, www.alz.org .
