Dolores M. Mundy

Gramma Dee passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Bay Medical Care Facility at the age of 88 years. The daughter of the late John and Valeria (Buczek) Gerulski was born January 22, 1928 in Bay City, MI. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish formerly, St. Maria Goretti Church. Gramma Dee worked at McDonald's for over thirty years. Her grandchildren were her life, she enjoyed shopping and watching her programs. Left to cherish her memories are her children, Christopher (Janie) Mundy; Patrick Mundy and Karen (Richard) Dorion; her grandchildren, Ricky, Benjamin, Sean, Jimmy, Alex, Michael, Jeremy, Lauren, Matthew, Rebekah, and Christopher; her special great grandson; Ethan Alexander, her great grandchildren; Blayke, Bryce, Carter, Sam and Zack. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband; James E. Mundy. The family would like to extend a special Thank you to Jen, Anthony, Jordan and Mike for the kind and compassionate care our mother received during her time of need. At the request of Gramma Dee cremation has taken place. A Memorial Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. St. Catherine of Siena Parish-St. Maria Goretti Church 2872 N. Euclid Bay City, MI 48706. The celebrant will be Rev. Fr. John S. Sarge with the Rite of Committal following in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday to receive family and friends from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. The family will be present at the church on Friday to receive family and friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
