Stevens, Donald LeeBay City, MichiganMr. Stevens was given the Gift of Eternal Life from his Lord and Savior late Sunday evening February 21, 2010 when he passed away suddenly at Bay Regional Medical Center. Age 61 years. He was born March 21, 1948 in Champaign, IL. Don was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust, he was the owner and operator of Phoenix Computing and was formerly employed at Top Producers as a realtor and enjoyed many sports and reading.He is survived by his wife of fifteen years the former Joanne Toensing whom he married on June 18,1994 in St. Paul Lutheran Church, two sons and two daughters-in-law; Rev. David and Leesl Stevens and their daughter; Bethany Stevens and Jon and Brianna Stevens, his father; Lee Stevens, one sister; Linda Stevens, one sister-in-law; Carol Toensing, his aunts, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his mother; Mary Dona (Gillenwater) Stevens, his twin grandchildren; Bella and Oscar and his aunts and uncles.Funeral Services will take place Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust. Officiating will be Rev. Paul D. Theiss and Rev. Corey J. Grunklee with interment following in St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Friday from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mr. Stevens will be taken to the church on Saturday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of services.
