Duane Ray Doud

Duane passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 55 years. He was born in Bay City on October 15, 1963 to Richard Sr. and Barbara (Krauss) Doud. Duane was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and married the former Pamela Jo Rice on June 30, 1990. He was employed with Meijer on Wilder Road for 21 years and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and helping on the Doud Farm.
Surviving is his wife, Pam; children, Stacey Doud and Duane Rice; mother, Barbara Doud; brothers and sisters, Richard Jr. (Janis) Doud, Diane Myers, Bonnie Passannante, Bryan Doud and Cindy Doud; eight nieces and nephews. Duane was preceded in death by his father, Richard Sr.
At the request of Duane, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin C. Jones. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service.
